What are some of the benefits that the PRO System™ brings to you?

• Unitized Construction

  The PRO System™ is the solid foundation for all our boats. This process continues throughout manufacturing with our exclusive Unitized Construction method that builds maximum strength into every Bayliner. In a nutshell, Unitized Construction means bonding together key components of each boat with the hull and a full-length, cored fiberglass encapsulated stringer system to make all these parts a single unit. Experienced craftsmen using industry-leading technology perform the bonding and encapsulation process by hand. The result is a boat of extraordinary stiffness and strength with a solid, responsive feel able to handle many years of frequent use.

• No worries, Mate: You’re protected with Boatshield™

  As part of BoatShield™ protection, Bayliner upholstery is made from the most durable marine grade vinyl available. It easily withstands wind, water, salt and sun, as well as abrasion (like dancing feet covered in sand!) And built-in KidClean™ stain guard with UV and mildew resistance helps protect against the attack of mustard and ketchup.

  Our demanding PRO System™ manufacturing process allows us to extend BoatShield™ protection to the hull of your boat. We use a tough, long-lasting gelcoat having superior weathering properties compared to conventional gelcoats. A vinylester resin coating is laid down over the gelcoat to lock out moisture and to ensure a long life for the hull surface.

• IQ certification

  The exacting processes of PRO System™ have allowed us to become IQ certified by Mercury. This program was developed by Mercury to recognize boat manufacturers who have achieved higher standards in their design review, manufacturing and installation processes. As a result of this certification, all new gas powered, sterndrive Bayliners built since the certification date come standard with an additional year of limited factory engine warranty coverage - meaning a full two years of engine warranty.
