Bayliner Earns Three 2008 CSI Awards For Excellence in Customer Satisfaction

Bayliner Boats proudly announces it is the recipient of three 2008 Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Awards, presented by the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA), the leading association of the recreational boating industry on July 14, 2008.

The NMMA's Marine Industry CSI program recognizes marine manufacturers whose pursuit of excellence and continuous improvement earns them overwhelming customer support. Bayliner received awards in the following categories: deckboats, sterndrive bowrider boats, and sterndrive cuddy and express boats.

Companies must actively measure customer satisfaction to be considered. Bayliner's awards reflect an achievement of 90 percent customer satisfaction or higher over the past year - measured independently and based on information provided by all consumers who bought a new Bayliner between April 1, 2007 and March 31, 2008. More than 66,000 consumers participated in 2008 CSI Awards surveys.

The NMMA will acknowledge Bayliner and the other CSI Award winners during the 2008 International BoatBuilders' Exhibition and Conference (IBEX) in October.
